A while ago I signed up to Triyit.co.uk. I liked the sound of getting some free products and trialling them but I’ll be perfectly honest I didn’t expect to ever receive anything.
Cynical me has signed up for things like this in the past and not received a single thing but to my surprise, about 2 months after signing up I received an email saying that I was going to be getting a free Triyit box! I was genuinely a little shocked.
I got sent a Hermes tracking number and everything – it really was going to arrive.
Despite it going through Hermes it did arrive (and in one piece). So what did I get?
- A Costa Coffee Sidekick (a 250ml chilled coffee can)
- A Bud Light Passion Fruit Selzer can
- LoveBug dry cat food made from insect protein
- Black Bottle 5cl bottle of Whiskey
- Ocean Saver Eco drop cleaning spray bottle re-filler
- Lixir tonic water (blood orange and cinnamon)
Included with the box was a lovely campaign booklet telling you more about the products and how you could win prizes by sharing all the information on social media.
I’ll admit that I’m fairly stuck in my ways and I stick to what I know so having a few different things to try out (which didn’t cost me anything) was really great. The Costa went to the Mrs (nice and creamy apparently) while the cat even got something new to try. I’ll admit to enjoying seeing him munch down his insect treats while I told him to eat his insects.
Once I had tried everything it was time to give my opinions. This was really straightforward with a simple questionnaire that probably took about 15 minutes or so to fill in simply asking me questions about the products.
Overall very impressed with the Triyit box – it was nice to try new things and for free absolutely great! Really looking forward to the next one (and I’ll get some pictures of the items this time!)
